Your Pulse Energy Broadband connection will go live by 5pm on the day you have requested your connection. We recommend that you do not plug in your modem until this time, to ensure it connects to the right service provider.
If you require a new Fibre install, our agent will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable date.
The earliest install date for your new connection will be 4 working days following sign up.
