You can now view your electricity and broadband usage directly in My Account.
Simply log in and select either the Electricity or Broadband section to view your monthly and daily usage. This gives you the flexibility to monitor your consumption whenever it suits you, without needing to contact us.
Alternatively, If you have been with us for over 12 months, you are able to request your consumption information. You can also locate this information on the graph on the front page of your bill.
If you do need the full report, please fill in this online form and we will prepare the report for you within 10 working days.
