However, please attach your bank statement or screenshot in your email if you have not:
• Received a refund in the last 12 months, or
• On a direct debit or
Your attachment must show:
• Bank account name.
• Bank account number.
• Postal Address
Please note, there will be a $15.00 charge fee if this is not your first refund.
