• Is there a minimum term for the electricity offer?

  Yes. The $180 electricity joining credit comes with a 12-month minimum electricity term.

  Your contract end date and the early termination fee that would apply if you left that day will be shown on each electricity bill during your minimum term.

• How will I receive the $180 electricity joining credit?

  Once your electricity service is active and billing has started, the full $180 credit will be applied to your first Pulse Energy power bill. 

• What promotions are currently available?

  New Pulse Energy customers can choose from:

  • A $180 credit on their first power bill when joining electricity. 
  • A $180 credit on their first power bill plus $180 off broadband when joining electricity and broadband. 

  Existing Pulse Energy electricity customers may be eligible for $180 off broadband when adding broadband online.
